Sagar Shah brings more than 20 years of US & Global leadership experience in medical affairs and commercial strategy with deep expertise across therapeutic areas including hematology, oncology, neurology, cardiology and rare diseases.
In August 2025, Sagar joined Pharmacosmos Therapeutics as Vice President - Medical Affairs. He most recently served as Global and U.S. Lead for Oncology Field Medical Excellence at Pfizer, where he spearheaded digital innovation and elevated strategic alignment of field medical teams across regions.
Sagar holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Rutgers University, has completed a Post Doctoral Industry Fellowship with Johnson & Johnson and Rutgers and pursued executive education at NYU Stern School of Business and Harvard Business School.
In his role at Pharmacosmos, Sagar reports directly to Josh Franklin, President and is a core member of the Leadership Team guiding our U.S. medical strategy and building a world class Medical Affairs organization committed to scientific rigor and patient focus
