Michelle has more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience across multiple commercial leadership positions. Michelle began her career with Forest Pharmaceuticals where she held various roles with responsibilities including regional sales leadership, planning and launch implementation of national health system-focused matrix teams, organization-wide training and development functions with a personal focus on corporate emotional intelligence, and multiple drug launch planning responsibilities.
Michelle joined Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc in April 2020 as Regional Sales Director, then moved into the National Sales Director role in January 2022 where she has led the sales and training/development function for the company.
Michelle holds a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and Entrepreneurship, and a Master’s of Science Degree in Inclusive Elementary Education, all from Syracuse University.
