Lauren brings to Pharmacosmos Therapeutics more than 20 years of human resources experience in life sciences businesses. With expertise in human resource strategy and design, talent acquisition and development, and linking human resource functions to overall business results, her influence has helped develop candidate and employee experiences that build mutual trust and improve organizational operations.
Lauren joined Pharmacosmos Therapeutics in January of 2020. She was previously Director of Human Resources for Ferring Pharmaceuticals.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Organization, Leadership Communications from Marist College.
